Dr. Sagan uses her cutting edge Mindfulness Based Self-Direction (MBSD)™ methodology as the foundation of her coaching services. She founded MBSD as a way to empower people with practical life skills to self-regulate their physical, emotional, and mental states so that they can give themselves a new direction in life to create change.
Dr. Sagan offers several types of coaching including:
